Would it be possible to add push notifications as a feature request as and when you have availability to do so?

I recently installed a newspaper app and it had push notification to send higlights of the day with a configuration setting of when you wish to receive the notification.

I thought that push notification could perhaps be a nice idea to do to say something like "Your reading plan for today is.... VIEW / CLOSE" where view takes you to a reading plan that you follow.

If there is no active reading plan, it could mabye present a verse for today similar to the bible quotes that is placed by bible.is on facebook.

Or maybe pushing both types of notifications with a configuration option under settings to set your preference.
