How Do I Change Versions/Languages

Abraham -

To change the Bible version try these steps:

  1. From the current Bibles text/audio screen, tap the "Bibles" icon in the top right corner,

  2. Here you'll see three main buttons at the top "Versions" and "Languages" and now "Countries".

  3. If looking for another version within the same language, simply tap the versions button and select from the list provided.

  4. If looking for another language, tap "Languages", and choose from the language list. (You can also use the search bar to find the language by typing the language name)

  5. If you are looking for another language by country, you now have the option to pick "Countries".  From here you can select the country by flag/name.  Once selected, a list of languages will populate for that country, where you can select your language and version.

Also notice, under "Versions" and "Languages", you'll see a black bar labeled "Recent Versions" or "Recent Languages". You can use this as quick access your recently visited versions. (Use "Edit" to remove any versions you no longer want in your Recent lists.)

If you would then like to verify if your Bible has text and audio...

  1. Tap on the "Bibles" icon in the top right corner of the current Bible you are in.  You will be taken to the Version screen.  Each version has a little icon for text and audio.  If the icon is dark grey it is available, but if it is a light grey, then it will not be available.
  2. We continue to add more text and audio as they become available for us through our parent ministry, Faith Comes By Hearing. We do appreciate your patience as we seek to make the Word of God available for each people, nation and tribe in God's perfect timing.
